Mystery’s Biography.

Her mission.

Mystery is an experienced retreat leader, medicine woman, mentor and transformational guide - working over a decade with men & women in circles, retreats, deep initiation journeys and Master-plant diets with her Maestro in the Amazon.

Her mission is creating sacred spaces to bring people together to heal, liberate, awaken to their true power & Soul medicine, remember their deep wisdom, connect profoundly with the Divine and celebrate life truly — together as a unified, all embracing, all loving heart tribe.

She has devoted herself from an early age to the path of remembrance, self-discovery, traditional healing practices and deep contemplation of the core of existence.

With 17 years old, Mystery completed her first training in nature shamanism in the mountains of Portugal. Since then, her inquiry into the meaning of Life and her place in the universe was ignited. Her first longer travel to India, a year later, brought her to a transformational initiation into classical white Tantra and awoke another part of her mission in life: healing & balancing the sacred feminine with the sacred masculine — in herself and in the world.

Her studies of the divine feminine teachings, lead her to the beginning of her women’s work. Mystery is until today guiding women through transformational processes within group journeys, private retreats, ceremonies and her work as a Mentor. Yoga and meditation have formed a strong foundation of witness consciousness within her. This joy for awakening practices, led her also to work as a group meditation teacher in Brazil.

Through a traumatic event in her early twenties, she went through a dark night of the soul, which brought her to a yearlong pilgrimage in South America.

2015 was a deep initiatory year into the work with the sacred medicines, indigenous ways of healing, tribal wisdom and created a deep devotion to the path of Shamanism & Curanderismo.

On her own healing journey, she got initiated into the native arts of working with trauma, liberating deep pain, belief systems, conditioning; inner child traumas and energetic blockages. From her time with indigenous peoples like the Sachila, Aymaras, Huni Kuin, Pataxó and the Yawanawa, she learned about the ancestral wisdom of the Elders, the plants and the infinite love of the Creator. This wisdom has become a well of healing for herself and others. Today she helps people to be free, to be present with Life, whilst fully being connected to their intuition, their ancestry and purpose in life; as well as being strongly rooted into Mother Earth.

The work with the ancestry is a main pillar of Mystery’s work. In her opinion one can only fly as high with both our (spiritual) wings, as we are rooted into our lineage. Our ancestors are strengthening our gifts, our medicine in this world — reconnecting with them brings an abundance of blessings into our path. In the western societies, we often have lost touch with this. This is why ancestral healing is so important on our conscious journey, as it is pointing us into the direction, where we are invited to release repetitive cycles and create a new narrative - for ourselves and for our lineage.

Mystery has also promoted in 2019 as ‘Master of Arts’ in Indigenous Studies on the Karl-Franz University in Austria. Her vast knowledge about the challenges of indigenous people has led her to write several articles in foresight policies journals and touch many hearts in the academic realms. She received a UN recommendation, but decided rather than being a spokesperson on multinational level, to share the teachings within her work as a medicine woman, retreat leader and transformational Guide.

She created a small NGO called ‘Stand up for Love’. This fund is being sustained by donations and a percentage of her work and supports grass-roots level projects of indigenous people.

After apprenticing and learning within different medicine traditions, such as Shipibo, Cahuana, Santo Daime, Sachila, Yawanawa, Mystery started to hold her own medicine retreats in 2020. She is the founder of ‘Medicine of Love’, ‘Mystery School of the Sacred Feminine’ and ‘Medicine Womb’. She has been guiding over 600 people during weekend retreats or longer deep initiation journeys. Her music has been helping many people to journey into the depths of their own being, releasing centuries of conditioning, meeting suppressed wounds & stories and opening the pathways to the divine Love & Truth.

Mystery brings celestial realms together with the core of the earth, maneuvers vibrational chants and carries many beautiful icaros. She is a multi-instrumentalist and plays guitar, shamanic drum, chacapa, maraca, flute and harmonium. She has received many songs and also brings an eclectic selection from different chants around the world into ceremony. You can listen to some of her recorded Music via Spotify and bandcamp.

Since four years Mystery is mainly apprenticing with her Maestro Josue Perez Rios in the Peruvian Amazon. She is undergoing a traditional Curandera and Tabaquera training, in which she has to complete 13 different Masterplant diets in order to receive the healing powers from her different spiritual plant and tree Allies. In 2024 she will have completed 8 / 13 diets. Once a year Mystery is organizing dieta guided by her Maestro and herself.
